In town for a wedding and the location was perfect.

Where should I start??? As stated before we were in town for a wedding. When we book the room, we were not made to wear them facility was currently being renovated. All the windows were plastic off, constant noise upstairs. My main complaint is that the morning after our first night I stopped by the front desk and asked if our room would be cleaned while we were gone and I was told yes. I only asked because some hotels won’t clean the room everyday of a multi night stay. We returned around 3pm to get ready for the wedding and our room was just as we left it. It wasn’t dirty, just needed trash taken care of and fresh towels. I just didn’t understand why they would’ve told me. Yes, it will be cleaned and then not do it. On top of that when I tried calling down to the front desk. No one ever answered.
