Negatives: Roaches and bedbugs in both rooms

Negatives: Extremely noisy and sleeping was difficult. Dogs barked a lot cause there people making noise outside the room door late into the night. Left tired and unhappy with the stay. Won’t use this hotel for future bookings.

Negatives: The room was incredibly filthy and smelly. There was no bedding, no towels, no toilet paper, no trash bags in the trash cans, no mini fridge, no microwave, and no toiletries when we arrived. We were later informed by housekeeping that the room we were in was meant to be left vacant due to the smell.

Negatives: They offered no breakfast, come to find out not all rooms offered a mini fridge or a microwave so if I wanted to heat something up I had to go to the lobby and use the microwave there

Negatives: Beds are spring

Negatives: The TV went out and wasn't going to come back on until the next morning. I asked if they would make an accommodation like maybe 15 or 20 off the room rate. Their reaction was to return my money and tell me to leave. Now I had to book another room at another motel. Be careful if you stay here, don't complain too much. They will kick you out. I was warned by another guest when I first checked in.

Negatives: Rani at the front desk had a horrible attitude. I let her know that the dead bolt on the door was stuck and I couldn't close the door. She made it obvious that she did not want to deal with it. She rolled her eyes then said I told her the wrong room number while I was standing there, trying to create an argument, but I just kept a pleasant attitude with her and waited. She stood around for about 10 minutes, I asked her what I should do and she then said to jiggle it (which I had already tried). She finally went to a back office area and she was throwing something around I have no idea what it was so I decided to leave and see if I could get it work. As I walked out she was coming out of a side door (I happened to bump into her) She then jiggled.ot on a weird way and it went back in and the door closed (evidently this was a known problem). She walked off but she was really angry. She was very tempermental I won't stay at this hotel again.

Negatives: The entire room was disgusting from the walls, to the floors, the shower, fridge, bathroom. All of it was nasty. The lock on our hotel door was broken with the screws stripped and hanging from the door and lock. we notified the staff and he came and looked at it, took pictures, and said he would have the maintenence man come fix it. never happened. We went back up to the office to have them fix it or switch our room (the lock is a major safety concern, especially with people constantly walking around outside), and it was a completely different person, she said she'd have to talk to her manager and that he stays on-site but then refused to contact him or do anything at all to help us. If we could've refunded we definitely would have. Pay the extra money for a better sense of security and just basic cleanliness. Lesson learned, we will never be back to a Motel 6.
