Positives:
Location was perfect and in walking distance of our venue. Valet parking was easy and well thought out allowing for adding it to the room bill and electronic tipping. Breakfast was good. Good variety of food and drink. Room large and very comfortable. Shower with built in shampoo and contioner and body wash instead of the tiny sample size was very helpful and perhaps more efficient. Nice to have the King suite. Snacks and food available. Staff very helpful and smiling. Enjoyed the curtains with shears so sun came in but still privacy from hotel across from ours. Later checkout is nice. Most checkout times are 11 am, so 12 pm was nice.
Negatives:
Earlier check in would be nice. Would trade the earlier checkout of 11 am to have at least 3pm check in time instead. Breakfast could be warmer. Sausage was cold and plates could be warmed so food doesn't get cold quick. Coffee was very bold and no choice for medium roast. Had to use a lot of creamer /milk to balance it.

Nice location and the guys at the front desk and valet were very kind.
Negatives:
The room was dirty, wallpaper peeling, bugs and cobwebs in corners, not even sure what all over the side of the bathroom counter, dirty light switches, popcorn left on the floor from previous guests, no bedding for the pull out sofa (which also had stains), gross spots left on the kitchen floor, and no key cards for the first two days of our stay which was really inconvenient as it meant always having to ask to get into your room and wait on someone to be able to help, no access to pool, etc. For what the hotel costs I definitely expected a better stay. If it weren’t for the couple friendly staff I wouldn’t have anything good to stay about this place.

Not worth the money.
Positives:
We picked this property specifically for our kids to enjoy a view of the city, and because it was close to the children’s hospital.
Negatives:
The first issue we had was the person staying next to us was raging from 1:00 am til 6:00 am when I called the front desk. The door slamming was not an issue but the gentle man was screaming, slamming objects, and throwing things. The first few times I heard him I didn’t want to be a Karen, but once I heard him go off on another person I felt extremely uncomfortable, not just for myself but my kids.
I know house keeping is doing their job but I kindly told them we would be occupying our room until check out. Not even a half hour later they knocked, but my husband was asleep, and they walked in. You could clearly see our luggage out. Maybe there was a miscommunication somewhere but after letting them know we were still there and then being persistent (check out is a noon, first time they knocked was around 9:30, sending time around 10:00) about wanting to clean was a little unsettling.

Pillows were flatter than a piece of paper. Also my floor was out of ice which was super inconvenient as it was 11pm and I wasn’t about to stop by all floors to check for ice. I was on the 10th floor and opposite end of the ice machine which was annoying once getting over there and no ice in the ice machine.
