Positives: I use this hotel every time I need to visit Kansas City. It has dog friendly rooms. The facilities are clean. The staff is friendly. The location is superb - close to the Plaza. Heads up - the street cart will start operating in 2025, and the stop is very close to the hotel. Value for money is really good.

Negatives: The breakfast could be better, not a big deal though. $75 pet fee seems excessive

Positives: Towels and linens were clean. The Spanish design style was nice

Negatives: Beds were old, and noisy. Carpet was very gross, stains on chairs, bathroom doors had gunk, shower fixtures leaked. One of the staff members was very unfriendly… completely ignored me until i approached twice. Was told in booking there would be a breakfast. There was only bagels and toast.

Positives: Was between Union Station and Plaza where we wanted to visit and be for the weekend

Negatives: For price of rooms they aren't in the best shape. Granted looks like going to be renovating but not a desirable look for what you pay a night. Breakfast isn't what you would call a breakfast for what you pay a night and for a Wyndham.

Negatives: Our room was very dirty. There was dirt on the top of the register and window sill. The bathroom was very dirty. The top of the toilet. The sink. The floor. And the shower floor was so dirty we did not feel comfortable taking a shower
