Positives:
It was so clean and when we got there, one thing we noticed was the cleanliness and how good it smelled there! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the small continental breakfast was perfect and fresh. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were fresh and very comfortable We would highly recommend this hotel! Great location and close to Worlds of Fun!

The small pillows that seemed rather flat. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

The staff was nice, BUT they only had 1 employee there at a time, so when it was busy, you had to wait a while.
Negatives:
The "free breakfast" is bagels, bread, cereal, and waffles (frozen eggos). Burn holes all over the bedding. NO ELEVATOR. Had to hall everything up 3 flights of stairs. The towels and washcloths had yellow and brown stain patches.

Our room was switched after we checked in because the first room was double booked. The second room smelled terrible and had bedbugs. My husband was bit multiple times in the few hours we used the room

The building smelled good in the lobby area
Negatives:
There were roaches In my room. The room smelled like mildew and damp. The refrigerator fell out of the cubby it was sitting in when I opened it. I showed the receptionist the pictures of the roaches when I checked out but wasn’t offered any type of refund for the disgusting room. Only decent part about my stay was the bed!

The breakfast was less than ok. Zero hot anything
The weekend clerk was RUDE to the people
Our room was very musty smelling like it needed to be aired out.
Other than that quiet place but should have spent the extra to stay at a nicer place with a decent breakfast. The clerk always complained when the people were talking while eating breakfast she kept correcting them to remain quiet like wtf .. then vacuums the lobby and made all kinds of noise and then proceeded to tell me my phone was to loud but you just were the noisemaker in the entire lobby.
Will never stay at this facility ever again.
