The accommodations were clean, comfortable, no frills, yet with fridge & microwave.
Positives:
Best location of any hotel in Kirksville, right in the middle of everything, which is exactly what I need. Right next to Conoco, across the street from Taco Bell and McDonald's, down the street from Hy-Vee, and minutes from the university. Perfect.
Negatives:
Truthfully, the whole place needs an interior renovationcarpet, curtains, paint, paneling, lighting, etc. You can tell these things haven't been redone or replaced in quite some time. Even at that, though, the value cannot be beaten.
