Had trouble with the people next door - very loud - kids beating on joining door - staff called twice with no help - had to get new room in middle of night. - unacceptable service from staff!!!!

Good besides the room trouble...
Positives:
Everytime i enter a hotel room the first thing I do is go and clean the A/C filters. They are always very dirty. This is the first hotel that had very clean air filters and the room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you to maintenance for the attention to detail and people with allergies.
Negatives:
My only complaint is that I wasn't offered water upon checking in. I went back and asked for some later and was given 2 bottles with a smile.

3 days = 3 varieties of breakfasts. Pet friendly. Location was near a hospital, highway and businesses. But felt quiet and peaceful.
Negatives:
Winter quilts on the bed in July! Too much, but just the sheet was not enough.
