Breakfast was good. The room was a good size and very comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom toilet was loose and it smelled like urine in the bathroom. Also, had some issues with the booking of the hotel. Due to the rewards I was using, I had to pre-pay for the first night. We later decided to book another day, so I had 2 reservations because I couldn't update the first one. When I checked in, the gentleman wasn't sure how to handle the booking, so I had to come down to the front desk to check in for the 2nd night. However, somehow when I got checked in, they didn't check me in under my reservation so I lost the rewards for my second night. When I checked out, Mitch the GM, told me I couldn't have a receipt for the 2nd night although they gave me one for the first night, and gave me some story about how booking.com doesn't want me to see the price that they pay the hotel for my stay. This story made absolutely no sense. He then told me I would have to get my receipt from booking.com and come to find out, they never used my reservation to book it, so I have no idea what he was talking about. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed.
