Jennifer was very friendly and informed us of what was happening around the weekend.

The room was somewhat dated but it was comfortable. We did notice that they were doing some work around the facillity both in and outside. Chris the utillity slash doorman is very cordial and helpful to everyone, a nice man. The check-in was a breeze and the room was ready for our stay.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was on and off quite frequently, my wife pulled the filters and noticed they were completely full. We cleaned them and the air conditioner was better.

Exactly what the doctor ordered

Bed was a rock, Sliding door did not lock, Tv remote did not go with the TV, chair on patio was busted, NO Tiki Bar-false advertisement, No air conditioning in the hallways, Ceiling was bubbled by leaking, Pool was VERY cloudy - did not trust getting in, path to pool area is not good, building was falling apart - roof coming down - balconies were missing spindles, the building looks like Amityville Horror Hotel! AND I was charged $60 for 2 dogs weighing a total of 15 lbs. - They could not do half the damage that was there!!
