Negatives: The pool water was murky and did not give you a good sense of cleanliness. I did not know the hotel was directly above a major highway. We were on the highway side and it was loud with traffic.

Positives: Arrived Sunday evening. Assigned spacious room. Key cards worked. First time on St. Louis.

Negatives: The sheets had hair in it. The bathroom had hair in it. It wasn't really cleaned or prepared well for new guests. Desk clerk wasn't the friendliest. On the phone, didn't return a smile, and didn't hang up until we were on front of desk.
