I liked how the hotel competed me a room, when Booking.com failed to handle the rescheduling.

How booking handled the rescheduling. Booking did not handle the rescheduling at all. So, when I arrived there was no room for me and I was charged as a no show. I was also charged an additional fee by hotel.

The bed was comfortable, I love using the Hilton app to check-in/as a key, and the shuttle driver was really nice.
Negatives:
I’ve stayed at Hiltons all over the world, and this one was possibly the worst. It was totally overpriced for a hotel near nothing right off the freeway. There was a line of some type of adhesive on the desk in my room: my wrists literally stuck to it when I was using my laptop. There were holes in the towels, the water in the shower took a long time to heat up, and the $14 veggie pasta on the very limited menu - which was the only dining option given the hotel’s location - was lukewarm and served with stale bread. I will not return.

I think with the price you charge the room should be cleaned everyday. Cleanliness was not great as we had a razor left behind from a former client. I looked under the bed since something fell under the bed and that was shocking. One lamp did not work. Like I said cleanliness very poor
