The service staff for dining and bar area was awful! We waited a long time to get drinks during happy hour because the bartender was unsure where everything was, the wine glasses were all dirty, so he had to clean them and that took extra long, and he seemed very disgruntled about his job. The next day we came down for breakfast that we paid extra for, and there was NO staff to seat us, and the other people who had been seated were not being served at all. We stood there waiting for someone to help us for over 10 minutes. So we left and never ate breakfast there, even though there was the upcharge for it. And the charge for valet was ridiculous! $50 per day???

The property was close to many attractions. It had a lovely foyer. Well appointed room. Clean and tidy. The valet helped us get our bags out of the car. It had a little snack shop with a microwave inside the vault.
Negatives:
We found it difficult to have a conversation with many of the staff. I was very disappointed to find that we had to pay additional parking fees; $28 + tax per night of our stay. The car was parked in a secure area, but not on the hotel site. At breakfast the menu had almost nothing that was GF. When I did get my poached eggs, they were cold. The potatoes were hot. I was charged extra for a cup of tea, $4. The nearby ice machine was excessively noisy throughout the night. Some of the other guests were not considerate when returning to their rooms in the early morning. I received an email the next day to advise me that GF food was available, but not in the breakfast area?
