Positives: The location was next to Starbucks and the Waffle house so that is where we went for coffee and breakfast every day of our stay.
Negatives: They had a pool but it was not working and when my sister called to reserve the rooms the staff told her the pool was working. Our room was dirty, we found a vile tube of medicine like for a breathing machine on room floor. The bath tub stopper was broke. There is not an elevator, I had to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor and the desk staff just watch me and didn't off assistance. I'm not sure why they even have those push carts if they don't have any elevators. They didn't have any coffee in kitchen the following morning, the staff that was there said he didn't know how to work it and that the cook didn't come to work that day so there was no hot breakfast that morning.

Positives: Quick access to highway we needed to use for our trip. The pool was clean and the area around the pool was clean and kept up.
Negatives: Needs to be more lit up. Very dark. There is no elevator on the property which I found extremely odd because of there being 2 floors. Definitely not where you could stay if you were handicapped due to not being ADA compliant. Difficulties with the door keys working. Door handle kept falling off in the inside.

Positives: They had no water for the full stay. Kept being told it would be on soon so we stayed. Was to get a partial refund but management never took my calls or called me back after calling for a month. Had to call headquarters to resolve.

Negatives: Bad customer service, they charged me 3 time for only one night that I had stayed and still had the audacity to also charge me $125 extra. Tried talking to a manager but was denied twice. This was a bad experience for my family and I. Never coming back to this place again. I recommend to check your bank account when leaving and it’s better to just pay cash, because they will try and charge you extra.
