Positives: Friendly staff

Negatives: Security door at the back of the property does not close so anyone can enter. The room had lots and lots of pet hair along the wall. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The biscuits were cold, the gravy was tasteless. The only fresh fruit was bananas.
