Room was great. enjoyed the heated floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
Had trouble finding a place to get cash from Bank Teller ATM machine. Front desk sent me to the Wells Fargo bank which had a machine but was not available after banking hours. Finally found one inside the Cowboy bar. When returning a rent car to the airport was told your shuttle was not available even though we had arrived by air and not used the shuttle until after dropping our luggage at your hotel. What is the difference. You had no problem taking us to the airport when we departed?

The beds were so hard, the tub filled up with water while showering, and there were two entrances to the room which made us feel so uncomfortable.

Our bed was not clean when we checked in late. Had to wait until 1130 to get new sheets. No blanket as it was dirty too.
Hot water for shower never got hot.
We only stayed two nights.
