Negatives: The cleaning service could have made my bed and sweep the floor.

Negatives: Our TV did not work and the front desk stated “ we are sold out so nothing can be done” sorry

Negatives: Canceling a reservation with out so much as a notification. According to the guy working my card "declined" and they had booked out with in an hr of me getting a notification of a "denial" which called my credit card company and was told there was never an attempt of run by this hotel just the other hotel we stayed at which had no problem with said card. I was warned when i was telling my local friend where i was staying, I was told Id be given bothing but problems here. Customer service skills definitely lack at this location.

Negatives: Room television did not work, so we couldn't use it. Their guest computer located near the front office did not work, the laser printer was out of ink ...unusable as well. I could not print 1 page that I needed. I contacted the front desk regarding the TV, and the evening manager attempted to fix it. Being a prior tv technician, it was clearly a problem with the backlighting LED circuit (15 yr old TV) which I informed him. He apologized and left after informing us he had no replacement. Regarding the computer/printer..he had no knowledge and could not assist.

Negatives: They call this rm a handicap room?? Obvious they have never had family members that is confined to a wheelchair. I have knee and hip issues. That is why I requested handicap accessible I am sleeping on small couch or love seat. I couldn’t get into bed because of the height.! The shower chair is broken. No shower either. the Handle on the handle/ bench is broken in two. I am resting now. And will leave as soon as it is light enough. This should be reported to the ADA. But I won’t.

Negatives: Absolutely poor service and poor management

Negatives: So I don’t often do this but I had to leave the property for about an hour or two, had the TV off and everything. I came back to find my TV turned way up on a streaming service that the one remote in my room didn’t work on. I got told that there was no way someone was in my room nor that a remote could do it from outside the room. Later that day I tried to use the same TV and it was still in that service. I could do nothing so I got the front desk in. They see the cat that I already told the front desk I had and get told that cats weren’t allowed. Then they try to tell me that my cat turned the tv on, turned it up (I keep the tv low because walls are thin), turned it to a streaming service, signed into it, and was watching some channel in Spanish. The tv was so loud I could hear it from the lobby and I was at the end of the hall.

Negatives: No locks on doors bathroom dirty

Negatives: Microwave was not plugged in ( had to pull out dresser/cabinet, to plug it back in, and there were a bunch of crumbs from other people’s stays, under and behind). Good there were two of us there to do that. The threshold in the room is ridiculous and, a trip hazard on an ALL hard floor surface. Did not see any smoke detectors or fire sprinklers in the room. Isn’t that code? Maybe there was something there, that we couldn’t see??? The TV/cable kept going back to main screen and was difficult to figure out ( should have a laminated instruction sheet in the room). Two remotes…But only needed to use one. Why was the second one even in the room? The shower curtain touches the bottom of the inside of the tub ( too long). No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Bathroom could have some sort of night-light, or softer light. It is quite bright when just needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night. The bed was fine, but, made some weird tinny popping noise any time my husband or I moved. The refrigerator was CLEAN. And the rest of the room was CLEAN. Appreciate that. And we did get the rest that we needed.
