Rooms were clean and comfortable staff was helpful and polite

Pool facility was not up to standards Im used to. It was dark in pool area when we got there. The jacuzzi was not working and the drainage area along the jacuzzi was full of hair. It was very disgusting. Ive stayed at this hotel several times in the past few years and just dont feel the quality of the hotel is as nice as it used to be

I used the elevator once and pretty sure its gonna break in the near future. Dead bugs on top of my comforter. So we searched the whole bed and shook everything off. Very dusty. I think the bathroom floor was bubbling up because the door wouldnt shut or open very easily.

needs update- also pet friendly, but no specific pet friendly rooms, so if you have allergies- you are depending on a thorough cleaning from the previous animal. they cant shampoo carpet between guests
