Positives: I loved that there was a cook stovetop and full refrigerator in my room. The bed was really comfortable.

Negatives: I expected shampoo in the bathroom but there was none. The hallway outside the room was dingy and smelled really musty

Positives: I liked the advertisement that showed photos of an operational pool and hot tub, and terms that stated I didn't have to pay until I was at the hotel.

Negatives: I didn't stay there. There was no agent at the desk when I arrived. A customer was waiting in the lobby trying to get a refund .He said the pool was closed and the roof leaked. I cancelled the reservation through the booking agent and now they are charging me for the room.
