Negatives: Parking. I feel the room rate is sufficient enough that parking should be included. Especially if you use the vallet parking.

Negatives: The hotel is definitely do for a makeover. I have been staying at this hotel since it opened decades ago. I don't think it has changed a bit since Day 1.

Negatives: It was disappointing to see black mold in the shower and sink. There was a stain on the duvet. I was surprised how out dated the hotel was.

Positives: Location, design, breakfast included. Cool Elevators with Nebraska "Go Big Red" Internal Restaurant and Bar available for convenience, the food we ordered was above average.

Negatives: The staff, the are not well trained, not present for guests. Entry into the hotel is difficult because of the Valet company. It is unclear where one can temporarily park to unload and load when checking in and out of the hotel.
