Positives:
It's always clean and the staff is friendly! Also, I do really like that they have the mattress covered with a zippered cover...makes me feel more at ease about bed bugs... never seen one at this hotel, but it's always a concern no matter where I travel.
Negatives:
Not getting fresh towels or room refreshed after 2 nights stay. We stayed for 3 nights. I would like to have had fresh towels or not need to request from the front desk.

Perfect place to stay for...
Positives:
Clean and nice sized room. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Strong perfume like smell in the hallway. Room was 51 degrees when we entered. We could adjust the heat but it took a little bit of time to warm everything up. This wouldn’t be a big deal if we arrived earlier in the day. There is a pet fee for dogs. Even though some previous query responses have stated that there isn’t.

Staff was so helpful, kind and friendly. It's also a very quiet hotel. It was full the night we stayed and there was very little noise.
Negatives:
Breakfast rush found hot choices empty...they were soon resupplied, but there was a delay. Also did not like the coffee dispenser at breakfast. Choices for mild, medium and strong came out the same no matterr what button was pushed.

The Desk Attendant was welcoming, very helpful and professional. The facility was located in a convenient spot off Hwy 80 and in a fairly quiet area. It was clean and also well equipped for breakfast and for extra items possibly needed for our stay. We were given a convenient 1st floor, by the exit door, room for our pet. Our room was clean, comfortable bed and linens and spacious for our use. A good area for our dog was located in the rear of the building. We would certainly return here.
