Negatives: The breakfast is not good.

Negatives: The breakfast isnt very good. Gravy for biscuits and gravy had no taste. The biscuits are like hockey pucks. The eggs tasted like rubber and were cooked the day before so using a microwave really doesnt help.

Negatives: The bathroom had crud in corners , the shower curtain was hung way too low, and laid on the bottom of the tub. Breakfast was leftovers ! The scrambled egg were like plastic, gravy was real watery, and biscuits were hard as rocks .

Negatives: Outdated bathrooms, language barrier with staff

Negatives: I could’ve done with blackout blind on the window

Negatives: Everything was acceptable.

Negatives: Original person checking us in had difficulty with his English language & I had very hard time understanding him But during the process a female (maybe a relative) came to assist & it went smoothly after that. The young man was very nice & didn’t get upset when I asked him to repeat his words. Unfortunately I still couldn’t understand him.

Negatives: Man at the desk actually yelled at me when I inquired if he had accidentally charge me twice. I secured room (a month ago) with one card and then gave him my debit (different card). I went to my room and had a charge that made me believe I had been charged twice. As anyone would do I went to check with him and I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so poorly by a customer service rep. I’ve traveled the world. Horrible attitude. Also, no elevator. We had to haul our gear up to 2nd floor. How can elderly navigate?

Negatives: Worst customer service in the USA! I have traveled all over the US, this is the worst I have ever experienced . I will never stay at any Days Inn after he was so rude. At the check in I was told to “leave, just go” because I said I have to have a ground floor since no elevator. The hotel is listed as wheelchair accessible, so I booked it one hour prior to arriving. After he snapped, I asked to cancel and refund me. He wouldn’t refund me, since I did the pay now with Booking. Told me I have to go through “them”. Immediately left and sent a message on Bookings. The reservation was cancelled. I also reached out to booking. The Days Inn agreed to wave the cancellation policy, but I have yet to be refunded. I have reached out multiple times to Bookings. The replies state they are working with them for the refund, but nothing yet. It has been a month. On a side note, I stayed at the Holiday Inn in the same town. It was super clean, safe, and staff were very friendly.
