There was holes in the walls of my room (150), vents missing covers, cigarette resin on the walls and ceiling, stains on the sheets, the tub in the living area was filthy and didn't even have a stopper so I couldn't even use it, the key card for the door did not work so I couldn't lock my room when I was outside of it. This place needs to be torn to the ground.

The facility DIDN'T HAVE LEYS TO GIVE ME AND MY FAMILY FOR OUR ROOMS FOR OUR STAY FOR OCTOBER 8-13, 2024. THE PICTURES SHOW THE OUTSIDE. WORKMEN WERE LOITERING OUTSIDE SMOKING WITH A VERY STRONG MARIJUANA ODOR. TUPPERWARE CONTAINERS WITH PERSONAL BELONGINGS WERE STAGED OUTSIDE ALONG ENTRANCE. I STILL CANNOT GET MY REFUND FROM THE FACILITY FOR A LATE CANCELLATION FEE THAT I NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED SINCE I COULDN'T EVER CHECK INTO THE ROOM SINCE I COULD NEVER BE GIVEN A KEY. EVEN THOUGH I AND 3 OTHER FAMILIES WAITING TO CHECK IN WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET KEYS WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER CHECK IN BY THE DESK CLERK WHO SAID HE WOULD LET US IN OUR ROOMS AND KEYS WOULD BE THERE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

The place was not clean at all, the room we got was terrible on one of the beds between the headboard and mattress we saw a hot dog some underwear and chips. They need to make sure when they rent a room to be clean. The tv remotes don’t work at all only turn the tv on but no channels work. Very disappointing.
