Positives:
The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom could've been cleaned better. The hallways were gross with many strain spots on the carpet.
The eating area wasn't clean.
The pool was so cloudy we didn't use it.
We waited a long time for breakfast due to 2 staff members not showing up. Tom was amazing and did such a good job in a stressful time as he tried to serve everyone single handedly. Meanwhile the oven broke so then they could only serve a few items off the menu. He kept his cool through it all.

Maybe i just need to change with the times. I booked a room. Then i had to pay additional fees to park at the facility. Then i learned i did not buy a package that included breakfast. Perhaps times are changing but i would feel that parking should be something that comes with the room rate, not extra.

I didn’t like that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got booted to a room with only a king size bed and I was traveling with 4. My 2 daughters had to sleep on the floor :(

The cool shades on the window, interesting concept to put yoga/workout space in room. No time this time but will remember.
Negatives:
The front desk was short staffed and she tried her best but unable to provide better customer as she had no backup support. Room was cool with heat turned up & requested extra blanket, there were no extra. Also thought kitchen meant there was a restaurant on location, ordered salad and it looked like lettuce was 3 weeks old, tomato barely red, so not impressed with food & dining options. Transfer knew I was almost at curb but was told he left because he had a flight crew and they needed to get to hotel ASAP. So I waited 30 minutes instead of van waiting 1 minute.
Good concept for hotel, just needs fine tuning and fresher food.
