Even though the place said it served a continental breakfast and free cable, IT DID NOT!! The places smelled like bug spray, cleaning supplies and bad incense. At check in I wasn't told there would be NO breakfast or coffee. Also there was so much "activity" outside my window from the back parking lot I was woken up multiple times. Oh I did try to call the front office but my phone DID NOT WORK either.

I specifically booked this property as "Free Breakfast" was advertised. As we were on a road trip to Florida we did not want to waste valuable time making an additional stop in the morning to get breakfast before hitting the road.
The hotel did not reach out to us prior to our arrival advising that no breakfast was available. Had we been made aware of this would have allowed us to switch our reservation to a different hotel that could accommodate our needs. I would like some form of compensation as the room rate was not as advertised.

Better customer service from the Front Desk Team, cleaner rooms, no cockroaches in the room. When I asked to change rooms after showing the photo of the ALIVE cockroach, she said no and made up an excuse that they were doing pest control and that it was a dead roach even though I told her that it was moving since I was the one who took the photo (basically gaslighting me). I asked for a refund but she said I could not get one because I hadn’t seen the roach in the first 15 minutes of being checked into the room and didn’t see it until I was about to go to bed. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at from start to finish. I want a refund.
