Wyndham Omaha/West Dodge

Negatives: Upon arriving to my room I noticed the curtains were completely broken but the lady at the front desk was nice and apologetic and got me switched to a different room, however, the coffee maker didn't work in the room there weren't many towels and it was pretty dirty.

Negatives: Indian girl at the front desk upon check in Friday nov 15th around 5 to 7pm told me I was being charged a $50 deposit and it would be refunded upon checkout. I only received $20 back. I called the hotel on Thursday Nov 21 at 4pm and spoke to a rude man that said we never charge deposits and accused me of trying to rip them off. He said the only deposit we ever charge is for a pet deposit. I said there never was a pet. He said I could call back the next day and talk to his manager. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM RIPOFF...I RECOMMEND NEVER STAYING HERE.

Negatives: Shitty breakfast, the bar was never open, the clerk tried to not give us our deposit back because she claimed we smoked weed in our room which we didn't. I asked for more towels and never got them. Their cokes in the lobby are 3 dollars for a small can. There were clearly bullet holes in our walls of our room. The shower head has very little pressure. The elevators made tons of noise as if they were going to fail. I saw a drug deal happen in the parking lot. There was absolutely no attempt by the staff to enforce any quiet time after 11 p.m. when our neighboring rooms got incredibly loud. The room had a distinct odor that was awful and stains all over the carpet

Negatives: The heater/ac unit had a loud rattling noice at the beginning of its cycle all through the night ( every 15 minutes.

Negatives: Breakfast was horrible

Negatives: The juices for the breakfast are extremely watered down but that’s the only thing that we didn’t like.

Negatives: Booked this hotel, then saw a photo online of weed in a room and a photo that there was a sign that the pool was closed. Canceled room but charged 61.00. Will NEVER give Wyndham a penny more of my money, EVER!

Negatives: My room wasn't as clean as it should be, no one vacuumed the carpet, so they moved me to a different room, which had stains all over the carpet. I only stayed because I barely see my family and I wanted us to just make the best of it. Then the rates were different from one night to the next. I paid $20 more on the second night than that of the first night. I asked for extra towels which I had to go get instead of them providing good quality customer service in bringing them to me. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off of the wall.

Negatives: Management and staff are completely unprofessional. Had many problems with room and room had illegal window safety features. No screen on the window and it opened completely on the 5th floor. Broken curtains. Broken towel racks, loose bathroom sink, dirty coffee pot in the room, brown and black stains on the bedding and pillows. Fitted sheets had a rip in it. Asked for new bedding and that also had brown stains. Weird stains in the tub, water took about 15 minutes to even get luke warm. Vent in the bathroom didn’t even work. Heater barely worked had to have it above 80F and I normally keep my house at 68F year round. My bf also found a used drug pipe in the back parking lot in the first parking spot nearest to the building and they didn’t really seem to care people were using hard drugs on the property. ALSO FOUND A WEIRD BUG ON THE HEATER!!! I booked this room for my Golden Birthday coming up and was completely disappointed when i found out the bar was closed down and nothing on the booking said that. It was the main attraction to this hotel and why I wanted to stay, it was nothing but hell!!! Also the breakfast was completely cold and we got it around 6:20ish am. Breakfast started at 6am. We felt like our stay was well deserved of a complete refund because of the misleading advertisement about the bar and the cleanliness of the hotel and because of all the other listed reasons. Management was only wanting to give partial compensation for just the dirty bedding and was saying if he gave full compensation that it would have to come out of his front desk worker’s paycheck. He only decided to say he’ll refund completely when we were checking out. I have a video of his saying to the front desk worker to “shut up” when she was talking and him and the front desk lady saying they’ll refund the full amount and I have yet to receive it. I did receive my $50 deposit back though.
