Location and price , the receptionist were very nice , the price for the pet stay was real good, good parking lot big enough.
Negatives:
Not clean ! The carpet behind the beds was gray with dust, the restroom floors were not clean, one of the towels still had lipstick residue, shower curtain looked dirty.

Close to a railroad track. Had two trains pass by around 11pm and midnight. So the train horn sounded pretty loud.
