Positives: No breakfast was served but the price was so reasonable that I was happier. Had both a microwave and fridge. Nice desk to get my work done. The room was very nice and looked like it had been updated. The gym was nicer than more expensive places Ive stayed.

Negatives: The hallways and common areas could use a little spruce up. But that was minor. This was the only negative thing I could think of. No breakfast, but this was not a negative for me. I usually have to leave too early to eat anyway.

Positives: We booked our room via Booking.com. We reserved 2 Queen room. We arrived at 7pm to check-in. Front desk lady said there were no more 2 Queen rooms. Didnt offer alternative or solution. Only offered refund which we refused since we traveled 8 hours with young family.

Negatives: Customer service was not helpful. Management was no longer on sight to help with problem. Hotel is out dated appearing.
