The location is great. The staff were good and kind. They have a large number of rooms and plenty of parking.
Negatives:
The place smells. Each hallway has a different smell. The carpets are old, ripped, and ugly. They're probably what's holding the smell.
The breakfast was... Sad. The place needs a facelift. Also someone to enforce the non-smoking rules. There was always someone right outside each door smoking a cigarette or a joint. It was disgusting to always walk through their smoke clouds.

Poor carpet was really bad... Tears n rips, lights in room we're not in good shape. One on bad tilt. Shower was great!!! Handicap parking near our room was bad ... Was quiet... Slept good... Breakfast was good. Wanted muffins... None... Biscuits and gravy good!!

One night's stay...
Positives:
The room was very comfy, the water pressure and temperature was good. It was located in a really central spot of town. the included breakfast had a few good options, I enjoyed the waffles. There was the option of free tea and coffee whenever you wanted it in the reception. And honestly, the softest towels
Negatives:
My sink had a very peculiar spot for turning the tap off, it didn't like running hot water.
I was lucky to have a Hard drive for movies, as the tv didn't seem to want to connect to live tv.

It was affordable. I just needed a bed for the night to break up my trip & it’s perfectly fine if you’re just needing a bed & don’t want to spend lots of money. It has a 100% no smoking policy of any kind.
The staff were nice.
Negatives:
The hallway carpets are thread bare & there is a slight odour in the room & the curtains are broken.
Needs some maintenance but otherwise is completely fine & comfortable.

The gentleman at the front office was very kind and was doing more in my opinion then many other places we’ve been so far. The shower pressure and cleanliness was great.
Negatives:
The beds looked to be missing some linens but were cleaned and very comfortable. In general rap, the hotel needs some improvements, especially in the hall ways.

I booked a 2 bed room, but because of the Clint Black concert they only had 1 bed rooms available. The room smelled musty and moldy and the television signal kept going out.

The attitude of the front desk member, the lack of accountability when you call, and a $350 CASH deposit despite having a credit card. That is correct, they want the cash, not your credit card so you can’t dispute with your credit card company when they make something up about damages to your room. I wouldn’t be upset if it wasn’t for the fact I called to verify and the front desk clerk said “you don’t have to put a cash deposit if you have a credit card.” Called Sept 4th for that information and paid for my room right away. Had I known I would have canceled without any penalty.
