Magnuson Hotel Park Vue

Negatives: I was told the property is in the process of renovation. It certainly needs it. Very low light in the bathroom so hard to shower in the dark. Many amenities missing in the room. The website showed a refrigerator in the rooms. The manager managed to find one for us. She was very helpful under the circumstances.

Negatives: No ice machine, no AC in first room, no microwave in first room

Negatives: Inside front Door knob was a pair of channel lock pliers. Carpet was hideously dirty. The whole room was dirty old and very sad. Way overpriced. Office was just as bad with clothes and junk all over the floor with overturned trash cans laying on the floor. Office was open but no one in site to get ice per the notice taped to the actual dirty broken down “ice room” The outside trash cans were way overflowing stacked with trash bags.

Negatives: The hotel is very dated and needs an up grade desperately. Clean, even the linen was very old!

Negatives: I was on a motorcycle ride through the Nevada desert. I wanted three things: a clean bed, a cool shower, and air conditioning. I was very disappointed to find, after checking in, that the room did not have air conditioning. Oh, it had an air conditioning unit, however, the unit clearly did not work. Yes, I was able to open the window (but remember, Nevada, Summer). However, for the price, the lack of working Airconditioning was a real disappointment. Not to be too nitpicky, but the breakfast was very poor and the coffee was absolutely undrinkable.

Negatives: Horrible experience. No one at hotel for check in. Had to wait 10 minutes. Room was dirty. Air conditioning was broke. Couldn’t move us to another room. When the room got above 82, we moved ourselves to another hotel. Desk clerk never heard back from manager. Just awful

Negatives: The first room we got the AC didn’t work then we got moved into another room and that AC didn’t work my husband I had to leave at four in the morning because it was just too hot

Negatives: First we had to call to have someone drive to check us in at 9:30pm when the lobby was open until 10pm. Then it took an extra 20 minutes to even get in our rooms and the young girl who checked us in kept trying to leave before we even got fully in our rooms. Once inside the rooms we had absolutely no AC and only 1 of our 2 rooms had a fridge for use. There were dead bugs in the bed and more bugs and spiders crawling on the walls. There wasnt even a manager on site in the morning. It was one of the worst experiences I have had and I have stayed at worse looking hotels than this that I would rather go back to than Magnuson Park Ave.

Negatives: e Office was unlocked {door sighn 7am to 10 pm} no one there office peronal was not even on ground housekeeping got us in to room.In room internet did not work Tv did not work and then when we tried to get some sleep the staff was back and having loud

Negatives: Door key didn't work, tv didn't work.
