Negatives: Small thing. The fiber glass shower area around the drain seemed a little uneven. In the elevator a small section of the floor seemed uneven.

Negatives: Shower door leaked, main door to room wouldn’t close properly.

Negatives: I didn't like the fact that it reaped of smoke cigarette smoke the floors seem like they would fall through it any moment the bathrooms were horrible we had to put tiles down just to step on them to take a shower and the staff definitely needs more training. Young lady by the name of Christy decided to call security on us because we questioned her about our charges how she was overcharging us when all she had to do was telling she didn't know what she was doing. But instead she decided to call security and I welcomed her too missed up our weekend because we had to wait around for 3 hours for someone to come speaking of management to correct her problem. Which they claim she didn't make a mistake she just didn't explain herself but that was a lie because I have the evidence she did do what she said she did they just happened to come back and fix it before we got back anyway I would never recommend anyone to go to this place soon as you walk the door you get slapped in the face what years and years of cigarette smoke on the floors Creek like the place which is fall down at any moment this was the worst place I have ever seen in my life not only reason why I was there was because my room was canceled at another hotel by mistake and they had no other rooms available anywhere so this was the last resort situation never again I'll sleep in my car before I stay in a place like this!

Negatives: Cleanliness. Room was recently updated but hallways were worn out carpet and smelly.

Negatives: Poorly maintained, not updated, enter through smoke ally inside the building, staff was indifferent, VERY POOR signage to the entrance Will NEVER stay here again!
