Positives: The location is conveniently located just off the freeway with retail, food and conveniences nearby. That's about the only good thing that can be said about this particular Hampton Inn.
Negatives: We have stayed at many Hampton Inns across the Country. This was, by far, the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a Hampton Inn. The parking lot has relatively tight spaces and is not well lit at all. There was construction occurring on our floor, but we were not advised in advance by the front desk upon check-in. There was debris all along the corridor and near the elevators. The elevators were dirty and slow. There is no bathtub, the shower water pressure was horrid. It took 15 seconds to rinse the soap off just one arm. No bath mat was provided. It took forever for the hot water to come on. The TV in the room was a dumb TV, had a small screen and only had cable. The batteries in the remote were corroded and dead. The clock in the room was displaying the wrong time and was unable to be set without engaging the hotel staff. The towels supply was insufficient and were not at all soft. The breakfasts, something the Hampton Inns are known for, was horrendous. The oatmeal was runny every day and lukewarm, the eggs were awful, there was no milk other than for coffee, they didn't offer any type of cereal, the only bread option was small and slightly stale. The yogurt selection was paltry. As stated, this is what these Inns are known for, and they failed miserably. I will not be returning to this location and recommend you look elsewhere.

Positives: Plenty of parking.
Negatives: Was unable to get digital key after check in until going to front desk. The hall way that lead to our room was freezing and caused the bathroom to our room to always be cold. The beds were not as comfortable compared to other Hamptons by Hilton we have stayed at. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The charging ports in the bed side table didn't work.
