Park Inn by Radisson Las Vegas Boulder Hwy

Negatives: Very run down and not maintained. Had to change lift bulbs ourselves, foul smell coming out of the sink and rusted bathtub.

Negatives: There was no soap in the bathroom and or shower. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that did not supply at least a single bar of soap.

Negatives: neighbourhood no shampoo no carpet the name radisson is bad joke. in europe radisson means quality.

Negatives: Too loud outside. Heater didn't work. Thin blanket and hard pillows. Sink and tub scratched. Front door did not work unless it was slammed shut then try to open it ! It felt dirty!! Take Radisson name off

Negatives: I arrived to check in and the office was dark and locked up...a small cash exchange window opened and an unidentified female asked "can I help you"...I responded that I had a booking and would like to check in...her response was " I'm not checking anyone in at the moment, we have no electricity, come back in half an hour".....OK, so I sat in my car for half an hour, doors locked as strangers and homeless looking people milled around the premises. I returned to the office and got exactly the same response for a second time...I told the office lady that I was going to cancel my booking, she didn't respond and closed the window. I emailed the property through Booking.com to cancel and request a refund. I then had to try and find new arrangements for the night. Nearly 2 weeks later and I still have not had a response from the property, they refuse to answer email or phone. Booking.com have provided no assistance in the matter, claiming, quote "we are just the middle man"....That's not good enough at any level of customer service and now to rub more salt into the wound these thieves have taken a second full payment for a hotel room I didn't even see....how on gods green earth can I do anything other than advise AVOID AVOID AVOID this establishment and consider other accomodation platforms over Booking.com. Worst of the worst and just plain f@#%n rude.

Negatives: Scary location. Everything either dirty and bad or just mediocre.

Negatives: The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The mattress was thin and lumpy. The bathroom was old and there were stains on the porcelain. The caulking was cracked and pulled away from the wall. This place looked like a sex hotel for street walkers and their Johns. Homeless people were in clear view and upon leaving in the morning I had to step over a drunk laid out in the walk way on the property. This property should be condemned, I don't think it would pass a building inspection.

Negatives: Everything the electricity went out for a very long time the bathroom door didn’t close
