Don't like the fact I booked through booking.com and prepaid $600 for my stay. Hotel confirmed my stay. Go to check in and the hotel won't honor the booking. Im out $600 and company refuses to give me my full refund.

Horrible stay
Positives:
We were in a one bedroom King. The layout was good and it was quiet since the bedroom was not next to the hall. The small kitchen area was nice to have even though we did not cook anything.
Negatives:
The only complaint that I had was that the picture of the property was misleading as it shows an outside area on the water. There is no water anywhere near this hotel.
There were no towel racks in the bathroom so no place to hang hand towels. Ice was only available at the front desk.
