Grate location right next to everything within walking distance

The last night of our stay when we came back to the hotel, the room smelled like cigarettes, possibly coming from next-door or through the vent notified front desk said it was a non-smoking area then the same thing happened that morning as we were checking out room was smelling like cigarette again Not sure why people were smoking in section area

No one cleaned our room and or check to see if we needed anything. After being out all day, we were not brought any clean towels or anything. It was only after we called at to why the room was not cleaned and refreshed that we were informed that staff was not available to clean the room and refresh up. We paid almost $400.00 for two nights in which there were additional room charges. In addition, I was sent emails for various activities and food options that did not exist. I will not go back to this place nor will I ever recommend to anyone.

Room was clean but wallpaper...

The room was as advertised, large and clean. All staff members in the hotel were friendly, courteous and generally just nice folks and this was a busy weekend.
Negatives:
This is more about facilities, there was not a breakfast restaurant option on the Harveys side. Also although all staff were great at least one restaurant cited under-staffing for slow turn around times on table seating and truly there were not many staff available. This included in the house bar areas as well, one bar tender for a full bar with casino card games and drink orders on a Holiday weekend, so there was a line of guests waiting for drinks, consistently.

Bathroom floor was dirty. Front desk staff were not helpful, slow, and rude. Bell service horrible, man refused to give us our luggage back and took it off the cart in the back and walked it out to us. Completely rude and uncalled for.

Room service, yes the do not disturb sign was there , but when I let them know I wanted my room clean nothing but excuses , and the fees at least add those on and or let me know what to expect pass what you describe, all casino resort have fees that are not included in your bill

The room was very outdated and the furniture was damaged. Harvey's decided to lease out their parking lot and I was charged about $30 to park my car. With so many casinos closer to me here in Sacramento, I won't be returning to Tahoe to gamble any time soon.

No housekeeping services, Jacuzzi was unoperable on both properties. No hot water the last two days we were there. Staff doesn't care at all. We asked them to clean our room & never did once. We had noisy neighbors, seemed like they live there??????? Will never go back.
