Negatives: Everything was fine

Negatives: Room is so small and got the view with rooftop on 4 th floor. I booked two rooms and other one is bigger size. I would not stay this resort next time.

Negatives: Under construction. Moved out Starbucks so no causal restaurant for coffee. Try Maggie’s a block away. The self checkin was impossible so the lines at the front desk for check in were long.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: The bedroom is very different from the pictures, also Everything is old, obsolete, in bad condition, there was no refrigerator and when we asked for one they brought one that was scratched and did not work. The furniture and the television are in poor condition and very old. ( I shared pictures) We have to pay for the parking when we were guest is incredibly!!!!

Negatives: We arrived on Friday the 29th at approximately 2:30 pm to check into our rooms and were greeted by the most inexperienced and rude person at the front desk. Her name was Rya? And she was very flustered and did not want to work with us on offer the 2 rooms close to each other. Her best offer was for the 6th floor and 20 rooms apart! She kept saying that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do! We asked if she could possibly find us rooms closer than that and her reply was that we had to pay for an upgrade for this option. Unfortunately, we ended up paying an additional $47 on top of the $251.00 that we initially paid for the reservation back in September. We had the same room for our last visit, and it did not cost us an additional $47!! And to make matters worse, we were charged the resort fee of $26.95 for each room, which was clearly identified as being part of the total price through Booking.com?? This was not worth the money we paid, and Booking.com needs to refund us the $26.95 for each room for the resort fees!!

Negatives: The side we stayed it felt outdated. The hallway and the room’s need to be updated. You could feel the downgrade from just the hallways.

Negatives: I wish the parking garage had a walkway that connected it to the property and I was hoping they had connections for my EV vehicle

Negatives: The last night of our stay when we came back to the hotel, the room smelled like cigarettes, possibly coming from next-door or through the vent notified front desk said it was a non-smoking area then the same thing happened that morning as we were checking out room was smelling like cigarette again Not sure why people were smoking in section area
