1. The welcome at the reception is cold and bored, the employees seem bored, probably due to the quantities of complaints that accumulate. Very bad reception. 2. The room was clean but it had traces of mold on the corners of the wall (I took pictures) what a shame for an Hampton! In addition, they don't check if your room need towels, or kleenex, or paper toilet, do it by yourself if you need something. Also, the soundproofing is not adequate, we heard until 11:30 PM the conversations of the children and parents located int our next room, people were screaming and running in the room. 3. Breakfast is a disaster, the tables are not cleaned, so you get a very dirty table that you should clean with towels (nothing to clean properly by yourself), During the two mornings of my stay, I had no milk in my coffee, the orange juice in the fountain was water. The quality of products is often questionnable, particularly for sauSages and potatoes. I do recommend to go to Pressed Cafe closer to the hotel that offering definitely a best quality breakfast. 4. Upon my arrival, I was charged an additional deposit, which would be refunded to me after my departure, it has now been 10 days and I still have not been refunded and I have no follow-up from them. Hampton hotels are not what I have experienced in the past. I understand that they are no longer interested to offer the good quality as before, we are now NOT treated as a customer, and this is reflected in the quality of services. I will definitely now hesitate before choosing Hampton for my next stays, the price did not match the quality. Should have been much cheaper!

Rented king studio suite. Suppose to include spa tub as referred to in photo. And also another key reason I rented this hotel was for the fireplace that was broken also very disappointing

Breakfast was wonderful! The "dining" room perfect, bright, spacious with plenty of seating. The fall decor was very attractive. The parking lot was well lit, I felt very safe walking around the property at dark.
Negatives:
The area designated for clothing storage looked like a wine refrigerator, took my husband a bit to realize that the racks were meant for storing clothing!

Location. Near the second ioffice I go to quarterly.
Negatives:
I was placed near the electrical room across from the laundry and staff break room. Water gushing noises theoughout the night and staff conversing loudly over the laundry machine. The room was damp and moldy smelling. Not clean.
