1. Location.

1. Staff - the upgrade to a city-view room (beware of room 531) was a blatant attempt to defraud... the only reason I upgraded was because the carpet on the original booking was full of dog hair and the room had private access to a second, not what i booked. After asking for a different one, staff stated that they had no other rooms available (empty parking lot and all).
2. The electronics are not working as they should, the A/C compressor, the refrigerator, the television, the bathroom fan, the sink light switch off or flicker constantly, no matter the setting. And, the phone didn't work, it is marked as belonging to another room.
3. Carpet - stained, dirty, and it smells. It's covered in plaster.
4. Furniture - poor quality for a deluxe room, the couch is stained, so are the bed linen.
5. Fixtures - excessively old and painted on! The desk doesn't have any unlike the pictures.
6. Window - painted, stained, and thread locked.
7. Site - business center doesnt work, pool is near empty with still, green water. Hallway vents are partially pried open, and only one ice machine works.
8. Internet - unsecured, and slow. Less than 4 megabits per second throughout the stay, and my devices have pop ups and phantom button presses.
9. Closet - not close to a rational adults work. There is a gap and the bottom is off its rails.
10. Water - too hot or cold, no in-between. It turned brownish yellow on Wednesday.

There was mold in the fridge, rust in the bathtub. When I went down to talk the front desk about the mold, I had a picture of it, and when I showed the person, they told me that it was not mold but part of the fridge lining that came off a bit.
