Really nothing the front desk guy was very rude and racist!!!! I will be calling Howard Johnson Corp in the morning and reporting the front desk I have everything on video!!! These people come here and take are money and treat us like we're trash,I hope he gets fired!!!

The hotel attendant at the front desk decided to ask us to leave because we couldn’t figure out how to make the tv work the cable was connected properly. He told us to pretty much take the tv and reconnect the cable. He stated that we should look for it the court to connect the cable. I told him I could not see it from my end. Should I flip the TV at that point he asked me to leave the hotel in general. I told him I didn’t want to be responsible for handling the TV too much he said I was being difficult because I asked for him or someone to give me a with working the tv When we got to the lobby, he called the cops on us. When I asked for a refund of my money.
Negatives:
The customer service the attendant that is checking people into the actual hotel should be making the beds instead of dealing with the actual customers greeting them and taking care of their needs. He is very rude. Will call the cops on you if you have complaints the cops even said they come there several times a week for just that one guy where either he has called the cops or the customer has called the cops on him.
