Positives: The front desk and waterpark staff were very friendly and informative. The waterpark was nice, and the game area was fun as well. The valet staff was nice as well and quick.
Negatives: Rooms should be updated to a little more modern. Needs a microwave. I would have liked for housekeeping to clean my room when I left for the day. There's not much with the casino side of things. I had to go to another casino to enjoy the casino. We shouldn't have to pay for resort fees when we are not receiving resort incentives.

Negatives: I didnt like the fact that i had to do my own bed I am on vacation. That’s why i uses a hotel. Noone came to clean my room. We had the bathroom garbage can full for three days until we left. We had no clean towels and we had to keep asking for Toilet paper. Where i asked houseleeping why my room was not cleaned their response was they only clean it when we leave. Won’t be starting at this property any more.
