MALE CLERK AND A WOMAN MANAGER WERE VERY RUDE TO ME. I ASKED FOR EXTRA TIME, I HAD EMERGENCY AND WAS WAITING FOR MY HUSBAND TO PICK ME UP WITH MY 2 DOGS AND A CART FULL OF STUFF. ALSO MY MEMBERSHIP SAID UNTILL 2P.M. THEY WANTED TO FIGHT ME OUT, THEY ALSO LOCKED MY ROOM WITH MY STUFF AND 2 DOGS INSIDE. THEY OPENED IT ONLY WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAD MONEY AND JEWELRY THERE AND IF SOMETHING WILL BE MISSING THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. YELLING AT ME. I HAD TO PLACE COMPLAINT WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND ONLY THEN THEY LET ME STAY. AND THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. I AM TRAVELING EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THIS IS HOTEL I STAYED ALL THE TIME. YELLING AT CUSTOMER IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
