Negatives: I felt the breakfast buffet price was much too high and no alter natives offered. The lobby and dining area was cold! I was not given the room with accomodations that I confirmed. I am hearing and mobility restricted and should have been accommodated. Customer service could be better.

Positives: The facilities are good, pool, elevator, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and warm. Coffee maker and microwave also very good. Clean bathroom and excellent shower.

Positives: I’ve stayed here multiple times as ifs a convenient location to the Expo center. The restaurant menu seems to have changed. The burger was delicious! The kids only had a chicken finger option. I believe there was more of a selection during our previous stay.

Negatives: The shampoo in the shower was empty- and there wasn’t really anything I could do about it in the moment.
