Negatives: I stayed 3 nights and no cleaning was done. On a day before I left I asked for cleaning and it was refused.

Positives: it was in convenient and closer to family living around tammy was very helpfull and always smiling.

Negatives: breakfast was very dissapointing much better breafast options needed for vegetarian becase many indian family and buisness clients visiting NJ. The front desk man, tattoos on this arm dark skin muscular. is not very proffesional and has no front desk qualities in him. very rude behaviour has attitude which is ok i understand but when there are guest wanting to checkin in during arrival he needs to be very proffesional and needs to be trained more with hospitality service and industry. not sure why the housekeeping dont come and make the bed crisp and tiptop everyday. customers dont mind tipping if the jobs done daily. no shampoo in the shower the first day as we checked in i had to inform the feont desk. attention to details is needed.
