nothing about our stay was pleasant, location was transit accessible.
Negatives:
I stayed at this hotel with friends for 2 nights, and the experience was disappointing from the start. We booked a room for 4, but when we checked in, the sofa bed wasn't made, and the king bed had blood-stained sheets (see photo). We called the front desk, but the housekeeping staff they sent over gave us serious attitude, even tossing a moldy blanket at us when we asked for clean bedding.
The next morning we spoke with the manager, and he promised us a room upgrade and full compensation for the first night, but the new room was just as bad. Despite the manager's promise of a full refund for the first night, he later was very rude to us during checkout and only deducted $150 from the total bill. The hotel's cleanliness and organization are terrible, and breakfast wasn't worth mentioning either.
I wouldn't recommend staying here—the hotel is dirty, and the staff (including the manager) have a terrible attitude. Avoid this place!

Very good location to access downtown manhattan via the Path train. Having all the facilities in you room like fridge etc. made it great to store mile etc. for making own tea/coffee. The staff were super helpful. Also very good for access to Jersey city area should you need it. The store in the ground floor of the building has everything you need and sells buffet style food if you need lunch. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
As with all buildings these days the common areas were air-conditioned such that I dunno why I used the fridge!
