They recently added a parking fee of $15.00 per 24 hrs.Unnecessary as the hotel in in a huge corporate park with abundant availibility.

Beautiful hotel , the room was lovely with updated bathroom, has sitting area with a sofa, comfortable bed, and refrigerator.

Just wished they provide an ice bucket so we could get our own ice and the room needs a microwave which was not offered. Although we had to walk downstairs to the lobby to microwave food, not a deal breaker. I will definitely be back.

This hotel desperately needs to be updated. the rooms and hallways were not up to a 4 star hotel standard. bugs walking across the tables. the shower was not draining properly. There was a giant cricket walking on the curtains.

I arrived after an 11 hour flight, too tired to drive to Upstate New York. Im spite of the unpleasant check in, I left

Everything was very clean. If a garbage can was full, you always saw someone changing it. The rooms smelled very clean.
Negatives:
Only thing was the a/c-heat in our room wasnt the best. We kept the air at 60 and it never felt cool enough. Had to open the window that had no screen.
