I stayed at this location frequently but will no longer. It's unfortunate that one staff member can ruin an overall good experience

Being woken up at 7 A.M. and then talked down to and dismissed when asking for clarity. My guest was disrespected for asking for help with a missing item. I feel like in order to work customer service, you should at the least know how to speak to guests. Especially when they are passively asking for information. Fortunately we can now eliminate this stressful location from our list of places for us to unwind and will no longer recommend this location to our visiting families
