It was a pleasant stay...
Positives:
Location of hotel is really good as you can get direct bus to times square. Port authority bus stop. 167Q. Which is really convenient to move around

As a Hilton property, they must prove their commitment towards customer. As we reach hotel at 3pm which is our check in time. But the room was not ready. And they ask some more time. So we left and roamed around and came back at 6 pm. Even we were so tiered as we took 15 hours flight to reach new york and more 3 hours to reach hotel
Once we are back at the hotel at 6 pm again, they ask for more time. Which make me burst on them

It Was Very Interesting To Stay In The Same Hotel I Last Spent Thanksgiving (2018) With My Grandfather Before Passing. So It Was A Very Special Day; I'm Now A Mom and Back Then I Had Just Lost My Son. So It Was A Blessing. My Daughter And Sister Enjoyed Themselves Just As Much As I Did.

How Breakfast Is Served , There Should Be Two People Serving, A Cook and Cashier. Workflow Is Very Important.
