Negatives: Upon arrival, the front desk said they were upgrading my room, which sounded great, but what they did was put me across the street in their mini apartment section. The original room advertised was decent looking, and the room we received was trash. Room had a oderand the bed was worn down and felt like we were sleeping on the box spring or platform. Definitely felt like a bait and switch situation and would not recommend staying here.

Negatives: the room was wrong even when i called to confirm. bathroom was dirty and room smelled like paint

Negatives: First, the room was not what was pictured. We confronted the staff about it and they put us in our ORIGINAL room. This room was better but still very gross. The bathroom smelled like urine. The shower stall had brown and black stains all over. The bed was uncomfortable but that’s nothing compared to the BLOOD stains on the mattress protector and the other unknown stains on the sheets and pillow cases. I would have rather slept in my car. They say they have free WiFi. They do not. The television did not load any streaming site and the direct tv didn’t work. We watched tv on the iPad using a hotspot from the phone. We paid a good amount for the nicely pictured and publicized room and we stayed in a dump. When we got home, we washed everything because it was just so gross and smelly. Felt like a dorm again as I had to wear shower shoes.

Negatives: Very uncomfortable beds, very cheap and broken furniture
