The hotel charged me more than I had booked through Booking. They couldn't explain why I was charged $56.42 for a security deposit, when the correct amount would have been $50.00, according to their policy. I questioned this and they assured me that I would be refunded correctly. But they only refunded me $50.00 and kept $6.42. I will never return to this dishonest hotel. You can't have any credibility in an establishment that takes advantage of your money.

Still waiting for the refund of deposit charged at the time of booking.
I booked this hotel 3 times and they collected $ 50 every time towards deposit. Promised that it will be refunded within 3/4 days. But as of today it is almost 20 days and have not received any refund.

The sheets and pillows were not clean. And bathroom was not clean too. It was someone’s hair everywhere. I asked to reception to clean my room on Thursday night. But they didn’t clean at all. I asked clean sheet and pillows. I changed sheets by myself.

The brand advertised non smoking rooms, but this was not so. The room stank of smoke. We initially did not request room service but secured towels. However, when we extended our stay, the staff refused to clean our room. Our room was not serviced for the entire 5 day stay. Although the cleaning crew were on site in the a.m. The front desk staff were not very helpful. I would never recommend to anyone staying at this location. The rooms had below par furnishings, the bathroom ceiling had sustained water damage and was poorly repaired. The tile adjacent to the bathtub was damaged/ broken. Poor room maintenance.

I got allergy after the stay , I got itchy because of bedsheets I requested staff to change bedsheets multiple times but they refused to do so they didn’t even reply me properly.
