Toilet had urine stains. Lock to door was falling off. Patio door on first floor didn't lock. They only use bedsheets as blankets. Bathroom ceiling was falling down. Shower had grime and dirt in it. Heat didn't stay at correct temperature. It would reach temperature then shut off. It was a cold night. Every time the person above me opened thier sliding door it sounded like a motorcycle above me due to lack of oiling. And the room while non smoking smelled so bad like an ash tray I had to go buy candles at 10 at night to combat the wretched smell. Lastly, the staff argued they wanted my service dogs license meanwhile service dog licenses literally don't exist. Place is absolutely horrible. Oh and the Pool area is absolutely disgusting, chlorine deposits caked all over the walls and windows.
