Positives:
Everything was great. Liked how whole family of 4 adults and one 11 year old could all stay in same room. Indoor pool was great.
Negatives:
Only problem we had was we were charged for breakfast even after paying extra to havenit included. Then had to go threw 3 people to get that money refunded. Then we had fruit bowl for breakfast and all the strawberries in my bowl and my sisters all had mold on them. Other then that everything was great.

I got a message that the pool and gym were closed before my stay. I looked to find a different hotel but would have been charged a $300 cancelation fee. We decided to just stay without the amenity that we chose this location for. When we got there, everything was open. Booking is the one that sent the message and never replied to my guestions for 5 days. We had to go buy clothes we would have packed, hadn't the false message not been sent. THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT IT FALLS ON BOOKING

It was horrible. They put us in between two parties that made noise all night. I kindly asked the other guest to quiet down sign there was no answer at guest services. That was a terrible idea because they got loader and then came right by my door stating they were going to say something to me and then laugh. Was up all night with my 7 year old.

1.Pillows were extremely uncomfortable for sleeping purposes. Honestly don't know why Hilton Garden has selected such a product for its property and its customer.
2. Shower handle was either in "lukewarm" mode or dangerously scalding mode- neither of which is ideal for a safe shower.
